if u hang outy in the kitchen of yuour family before, tell us the reciepe that u learn. can u cook it just the same? or do you put your own twist in the reciepe with adding different ingridents? biggrin.gif

unfortunately, i never hang out in the kitchen, i just know how to cook longanesa. thank god it is supose to be burned black!!!!!!! cause i will do it to everything embarassedlaugh.gif

well i learn on how to cook d longanesa this way:

1. cut slits into d sausages
2. place in water to boil it
3. place in pan and burn it afterwards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! biggrin.gif

well.. im silly because i really expecting a complex meal recipe for u to give me. :P Thanks

I cook corned beef this way

1. Cut the garlic then cook it in the pan
2. Then put onions in the pan
3. After those 2 haved been cooked, i put cutted potatoes in the pan
4. Finally, the corned beef is put in the pan

1.lychees-get a can opener,open can,use chopsticks to eat the fruit and enjoy.

2.toyo-put in frying pan and let be fried brown,once brown start serving.

3.fishballs-put it on bar bQ stick throw on frying pan,let it go brown,take it out put gravy then enjoy.

4.balloot-boil it like a regular egg then enjoy.

BIKOL EXPRESS

ENGREDIENTS:

1. 1/2 Kilo Chopped Siling Green sa english ewan Green Chilli ata biggrin.gif .
2. 1/2 Kilo Pork (Cubed)
3. Chopped Garlic
4. Chopped Onions
5. 1 Glass of GATA (Coconut Milk)
6. 1 Stick Malboro Red

PROCEDURE:

tAtagalugin ko na lang

1. Gisahin ang Bawang at Sibuyas tapos pag brown na

2. Ilagay ang 1/2 Kilo Baboy, Hintayin hanggang magkulay brown tapos

3. Ilagay ang 1/2 Kilo Chopped Green Chilli, haluhaluin lang ng konte tapos

4. Ilagay naman ang 1 Glass ng GATA

5. Pakuluin mo lang, habang pinapakulo ay sindiahan ang 1 Stick Malboro Red. yosi ka muna para hindi ka mabato.

6. Pag naubos na ang yosi, ibig sabihin luto na ang BIKOL EXPRESS.

7. Palamigin sa Refrigerator ng mga 1/2 ORAS, siyempre ilagay mo sa Chiller para mabilis lumamig.


NOTE: Bikol Express is best if served cold and with its partner BAHAW or TUTONG.
